Refund & Cancellation Policy

Section 1 — Introduction

1.1 Purpose of This Policy

FetePass365 (“FetePass365,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides an online event marketplace that allows customers to discover events and purchase tickets from independent event organizers, promoters, venues, and event partners (“Organizers”).

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the procedures and conditions relating to ticket refunds, event cancellations, postponements, rescheduled events, and customer refund requests.

By purchasing a ticket through FetePass365, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy, along with the FetePass365 Ticket Buyer Terms & Conditions Agreement and other applicable Platform policies.


Section 2 — Role of FetePass365 & Event Organizers

2.1 Marketplace Platform Role

FetePass365 operates as a technology platform that connects Customers with Event Organizers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • FetePass365 is not the producer, promoter, venue operator, or manager of events listed on the Platform;
  • Event Organizers are responsible for delivering their events;
  • Event details, cancellation decisions, and event policies are controlled by the applicable Organizer.

2.2 Ticket Purchase Relationship

When a Customer purchases a ticket through FetePass365, the ticket transaction creates an agreement between the Customer and the applicable Event Organizer.

The Organizer is generally responsible for:

  • Event delivery;
  • Event changes;
  • Cancellations;
  • Refund decisions;
  • Customer communications relating to the event.

FetePass365 facilitates the ticket transaction and may provide administrative assistance but does not assume responsibility for Organizer obligations unless FetePass365 is identified as the direct ticket seller.


Section 3 — General Refund Policy

3.1 Review Before Purchase

Customers are responsible for reviewing all available event information before purchasing tickets, including:

  • Event date and time;
  • Venue information;
  • Ticket type;
  • Admission requirements;
  • Refund conditions;
  • Organizer policies.

3.2 Final Sale Tickets

Unless otherwise stated by the Event Organizer or required by applicable law, ticket purchases are generally considered final sale.

Refunds may not be provided for situations including:

  • Change of personal plans;
  • Scheduling conflicts;
  • Transportation difficulties;
  • Failure to attend an event;
  • Personal circumstances preventing attendance.

3.3 Service Fees & Processing Charges

Ticket purchases may include additional charges, including:

  • Platform fees;
  • Payment processing fees;
  • Transaction fees;
  • Service charges.

The refund eligibility of these fees may vary depending on:

  • The reason for the refund;
  • The Organizer’s refund policy;
  • Payment processor requirements;
  • Applicable laws.

Section 4 — Requesting a Refund

4.1 Refund Request Submission

Customers requesting a refund should contact the Event Organizer listed on the event page or contact FetePass365 support for assistance.

Refund requests should include:

  • Customer name;
  • Order confirmation details;
  • Event name;
  • Purchase information;
  • Reason for the request.

4.2 Refund Review Process

Refund requests may be reviewed based on:

  • Organizer refund policies;
  • Event circumstances;
  • Applicable consumer protection laws;
  • Payment processing requirements.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.


4.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed back to the original payment method used during purchase.

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Payment providers;
  • Financial institutions;
  • Refund approval timelines.

Section 5 — Cancelled Events

5.1 Organizer-Cancelled Events

If an Event Organizer cancels an event, the Organizer is responsible for determining available refund options, subject to applicable laws and event-specific policies.

Possible resolutions may include:

  • Full refund;
  • Partial refund;
  • Credit toward another event;
  • Ticket transfer;
  • Other remedies provided by the Organizer.

5.2 FetePass365 Assistance

Where appropriate, FetePass365 may assist by:

  • Providing transaction information;
  • Facilitating communication;
  • Supporting refund administration.

FetePass365 does not guarantee refunds for cancelled events where the refund obligation belongs to an independent Organizer.


Section 6 — Postponed & Rescheduled Events

6.1 Ticket Validity

If an event is postponed or rescheduled:

  • Existing tickets may remain valid;
  • Customers may be required to attend the rescheduled event date;
  • Additional instructions may be provided by the Organizer.

6.2 Refund Eligibility

Refund availability for postponed or rescheduled events depends on:

  • Organizer policies;
  • The nature of the postponement;
  • Applicable laws;
  • Event-specific terms.

Customers should review official communications regarding the event.


Section 7 — Event Changes

7.1 Non-Material Event Changes

Certain changes may not qualify for refunds, including:

  • Minor schedule adjustments;
  • Performer substitutions;
  • Lineup changes;
  • Production changes;
  • Reasonable venue adjustments.

7.2 Material Event Changes

Where an event experiences significant changes that materially affect the customer experience, refund options may be considered according to:

  • Organizer policies;
  • Applicable consumer protection laws;
  • Event circumstances.

Section 8 — Fraud, Unauthorized Purchases & Abuse

8.1 Fraud Prevention

FetePass365 may investigate suspicious transactions involving:

  • Unauthorized payments;
  • Fraudulent activity;
  • Duplicate purchases;
  • Abuse of refund procedures.

Refunds may be delayed while verification is completed.


8.2 Unauthorized Transactions

Customers should notify FetePass365 immediately if they believe a ticket purchase was unauthorized.

Additional verification may be required before any resolution is provided.


Section 9 — Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

9.1 Customer Responsibility

Customers agree to attempt resolution through FetePass365 or the Event Organizer before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback where possible.


9.2 Chargeback Responsibility

Where a dispute relates to an Organizer-controlled event, the Organizer may be responsible for:

  • Refund obligations;
  • Chargeback costs;
  • Customer resolutions;
  • Related financial disputes.

Section 10 — Legal Rights & Consumer Protection

10.1 Applicable Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy limits any rights or remedies available to Customers under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where required by law, refunds or other remedies may apply.


10.2 Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be reviewed in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Government restrictions;
  • Venue closures;
  • Safety concerns;
  • Unforeseen circumstances affecting event operations.

Approval remains subject to applicable policies and legal requirements.


Section 11 — Policy Updates

11.1 Changes to This Policy

FetePass365 may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy periodically.

Changes become effective once posted on the Platform with a revised effective date.

Continued use of FetePass365 after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.


Section 12 — Governing Law

12.1 Applicable Law

This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable Canadian laws.


12.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes relating to this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Ontario, Canada.
